Job summary

Covestro in Australia ANZ seeks a Sales Manager to own the polyurethane business, driving profitable volume growth and customer strategy across ANZ (excl. Polycarbonates Resins).

You will lead pricing, negotiate with key accounts, and advance Covestro's Circular Economy agenda using AI-enabled tools and digital platforms. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in polyurethane sectors.
• Proven negotiation and key account management capability.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate regional strategy into country-level execution.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted sales tools, CRM, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own ANZ polyurethane sales by implementing country plans with APAC strategies.
• Steer pricing and volume allocation to optimize Covestro's commercial position.
• Develop customer-specific negotiation strategies and manage key accounts.
• Build market intelligence and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Drive Circular Economy initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Support APAC projects and adoption of AI-enabled sales tools.
