Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in operational transformation within a complex B2B or tech-enabled environment.
• Proven strategic capability to translate market shifts and client needs into a transformation agenda.
• Experience leading transformation leveraging GenAI, automation, or digital workflows.
• Proven ability to maintain service quality, client trust, and revenue during transformation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions to align around a shared direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADP ANZ’s operational transformation agenda and evolve delivery models.
• Strategically steer enterprise thinking and align senior stakeholders for growth.
• Transform the ANZ service delivery model to meet evolving client needs.
• Protect and enhance client experience while transitioning legacy products to Lyric/AI solutions.
• Bring GenAI, automation, and transformation experience to lift internal capability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, service, operations, product and partners.
• Translate tech/trends into practical strategic direction for ANZ market.
• Influence leadership decisions on investments and operating approaches.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or a related discipline
