Job summary

Essity in Melbourne is seeking a Network Inventory Planner to deploy inventory across our Australia and New Zealand distribution network, partnering with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Logistics to maximise product availability and service levels.

The role focuses on minimising supply risks, optimising stock and supporting growth initiatives, using a data-driven, stakeholder‑friendly approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in inventory planning, supply planning or replenishment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel capability.
• Experience with supply chain planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory deployment across the ANZ warehouse network.
• Monitor stock levels and DC capacity to identify risks.
• Coordinate stock movements to ensure product availability.
• Review replenishment parameters and lead times.
• Support new product launches with inventory planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply challenges.
• Analyse inventory performance and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality hold, recalls and governance processes.
