Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager Medical Education in Australia to lead and advance Arthrex Medical Education across ANZ. You will oversee the strategic direction and delivery of education initiatives, including ArthroLab Australia and professional education programs.

You will develop educational materials, support product development, and mentor surgeon consultants and sales staff in orthopedic/arthroscopic solutions. Willingness to travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery and/or instruction (arthroscopy preferred).
• Working understanding of medical education and training processes.
• Management experience is required and leadership experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and advance Arthrex Medical Education in Australia as part of the ANZ Leadership Team.
• Lead the Australian Medical Education team and direct all education initiatives, including ArthroLab Australia, healthcare professional education, and internal sales training.
• Develop educational and promotional materials, support the product development process, and mentor surgeon consultants and customer excellence in orthopedic/arthroscopic solutions.
• Collaborate with the Director MedEd APAC to ensure outstanding learning outcomes for healthcare professionals and Arthrex sales representatives.
