Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Australia is seeking a Medical Education Manager to join the ANZ Leadership Team. You will lead the Australian Medical Education program, direct ArthroLab Australia, and shape education initiatives for healthcare professionals.

Develop curricula and materials, collaborate with the Director MedEd APAC to ensure strong learning outcomes, and travel up to 20% as needed. Orthopaedic surgery experience and leadership will help you advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of orthopaedic surgery and/or instruction experience.
• Leadership experience is required and is preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and advance Arthrex Medical Education in Australia.
• Lead the ANZ Medical Education team and set strategic direction.
• Develop educational materials and curricula for ArthroLab Australia and internal trainings.
• Collaborate with the Director MedEd APAC to ensure learning outcomes.
