Danone is seeking a highly organised ANZ Medical Device Coordinator to join our Medical Device Operations team on a 12-month fixed term contract, hybrid working in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the ANZ Medical Device Operations Manager, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational management of Flocare feeding pumps and related stock across Australia and New Zealand.

You will support pump distribution, service coordination, data integrity, asset traceability, and customer enquiries

Competenze

Experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, medical devices, or supply chain.
Attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive activities.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.

Mansioni

Coordinate allocation, distribution, movement, servicing, and retrieval of Flocare feeding pumps and related stock across ANZ.
Maintain accurate pump, customer, account, service, and movement records within approved systems.
Monitor stock visibility and support the effective management of medical device assets.
Coordinate service and maintenance activities with local and global service centres.
