Job summary

Samson Controls is seeking a Managing Director ANZ to lead the Australia and New Zealand business with full P&L ownership, reporting to the Australian Board and collaborating with the German parent. You will lead a small leadership team and drive growth across industries including chemicals, mining and oil & gas.

You will rebuild momentum, set a clear direction, and engage customers while developing the team, aiming for sustainable, data-driven expansion and stronger market position.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in industrial or process industries.
• Track record of driving growth and delivering results with P&L ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management across international offices and boards.
• Excellent communication and team-development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Samson ANZ with full P&L responsibility and report to the Australian Board.
