Job summary

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Retail Manager, ANZ to drive sales and brand execution across Australia and New Zealand in a hybrid role. You will lead the Retail and Events Executive team, work with retailers and cross‑functional partners to execute training, launches, and activations, and maintain counter presentation and customer experience to reinforce brand equity.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience within the luxury beauty industry.
Excellent communicator across diverse teams.
Strong managerial experience with sales teams.
Highly numerate and analytical.
Organized with strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

Lead frontline teams to deliver premier customer experiences and brand standards.
Develop monthly sales plans to maximize revenue, visibility and opportunities.
Conduct weekly business reviews with management and retailers.
Drive productivity metrics including ATV, UPT, service standards and category mix.
Oversee training, launches, marketing activations and visual merchandising.
Ensure stock supply and operational processes across locations.
