Job summary

Wellington Management, Sydney, seeks a Business Associate to support the ANZ Institutional team in fostering relationships with our institutional clients. This entry-level role focuses on client materials, RFPs/RFIs, and coordinating with Business Developers, Relationship Managers and Analysts.

You will help with routine information requests, maintain client data in CRM systems including Salesforce, and assist with meetings, logistics and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or candidate with up to one year of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate interest in applying AI and digital tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall client and firm outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of client and business development activities, including meeting materials, presentations, RFPs, RFIs and follow-up actions.
• Support implementation activities and ongoing client servicing requirements by coordinating with Business Developers, Relationship Managers and Relationship Analysts.
• Assist with routine information requests and client servicing activities by coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and supporting timely delivery of information.
• Capturing and maintaining client data in relevant internal CRM systems and Salesforce.
• Build effective working relationships across the firm and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client, operational and business activities.
• Develop an understanding of client priorities, Wellington's products and market developments, and share relevant information with internal teams as appropriate.
• Support the operational, administrative and project coordination activities of the ANZ Institutional team, including meeting logistics, workflow management, documentation and tracking of key deliverables.
• Other tasks and projects assigned by the team.
