Wellington Management invites applications for a Business Associate in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) team to support growth and strengthen relationships with institutional clients. The role is designed for an entry-level candidate working alongside our Institutional team.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant professional experience in investment management, financial services, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Interest in applying AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and coordination of client and business development activities, including meeting materials, presentations, RFPs, RFIs and follow-up actions.
• Support implementation activities and ongoing client servicing by coordinating with Business Developers, Relationship Managers and Relationship Analysts.
• Assist with routine information requests and timely delivery of information from internal stakeholders.
• Capture and maintain client data in CRM systems and Salesforce.
• Build effective working relationships across the firm to support client, operational and business activities.
• Develop understanding of client priorities, Wellington's products and market developments, and share relevant information with internal teams.
