Job summary

OutSystems seeks a seasoned Solution Delivery Manager to lead enterprise project delivery across ANZ (Australia and New Zealand). Location options include Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid work model. Ideal candidate has 7+ years in software delivery and strong Agile expertise.

The role requires business fluency in English, strategic stakeholder management, and collaboration with SI partners to ensure successful implementations of the OutSystems platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Consulting for enterprise software.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Strong technical background with understanding of modern web/mobile architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Delivery governance for enterprise ANZ projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Cultivate deep relationships with stakeholders from Project Managers to C-level executives and set expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with SI and delivery partners, providing architectural guidance to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints; develop mitigation strategies and manage escalations.
• Advocate Agile development practices and guide clients to optimize internal processes for speed and agility.
• Align with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Customer Success Managers to ensure end-to-end customer journey.
