Qualifications

• 3–5 years EM/Senior EM in enterprise software or SaaS implementations.
• Experience leading delivery teams with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Workday engagements including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk management.
• Serve as escalation point and trusted advisor for customer sponsors and steering committees.
• Develop and maintain project plans, reports, and governance cadences across the lifecycle.
• Partner with consultants and architects to align deliverables and timelines.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and scope changes; escalate when needed.
• Manage engagement financials including budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.
• Lead resource planning and staffing discussions with leadership.
• Drive customer satisfaction and gather feedback for renewals and references.
• Support pre-sales scoping and SOW development for expansion work.
• Mentor Associate Engagement Managers and team members in the region.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement management methodologies.
