Job summary

Glory is seeking a Deployment Coordinator in Australia to support deployment activities across ANZ. You will work closely with internal and external partners to understand project requirements, costs and variables, ensuring on-time delivery of field projects from installations to upgrades.

You will coordinate multiple teams, manage vendor quotes and reflect deployment information in the ERP system, while driving efficiency improvements and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Possess tertiary qualifications in business or a related field.
At least 1 year experience in project management or deployment programs.
Strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Delivers field related product projects including installations, removals, relocations and upgrades.
Plan, direct and coordinate activities of internal and external teams to meet project timelines.
Obtain competitive quotes from 3rd party installers.
Develop and maintain relationships with Sales, project teams and vendors to clarify responsibilities.
Gather deployment information and reflect changes in JDE system.
Improve and implement processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
