As Credit Controller, you’ll be supporting that business by taking ownership of a portfolio of commercial credit accounts across the ANZ operation. This isn’t simply about chasing overdue invoices. You’ll assess credit risk, work closely with customers and internal teams, make sound credit decisions and help keep orders and cash flow moving.
The Role
ANZ Credit Controller – Western Sydney
You’ll bring solid Accounts Receivable/Credit Control experience and be comfortable taking ownership of customer accounts and collection targets.
You’ll also have strong negotiation and communication skills, good commercial judgement and the confidence to make timely credit decisions.
Advanced computer skills and experience using ERP/finance systems are important, with Epicor experience highly regarded.
You’ll need a Higher School Certificate or equivalent. Membership of, or eligibility for membership of, the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM) is desirable.
Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, accurate, customer‑focused and able to build strong relationships while maintaining appropriate credit controls.

It’s a stable Monday–Friday position with the opportunity to further develop your credit management and commercial experience while supporting the wider ANZ operation.
The role starts at 7:00am until 3:00pm Sydney time. You’ll work Australian public holidays when New Zealand continues to operate, with appropriate pay entitlements, but there’s no requirement to work during the Christmas/New Year shutdown period when an on‑call person is covering ANZ.
Final-stage candidates will be required to successfully complete Police and Medical Checks.
