Responsibilities

• Support the relationship management team with client reporting and reporting requirements
• Assist with query handling and day-to-day servicing of client and internal queries
• Help build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Maintain internal client databases and track business metrics in Salesforce
• Support Salesforce campaigns and distribution list management
• Assist in crafting client communications with global colleagues
• Support content-led engagement and preparation of marketing materials
• Conduct market research on clients, industries, and regulatory developments
• Assist in planning and executing client onsite visits and logistics
• Contribute to ongoing prospect reporting and performance updates
