Wellington Management in Sydney is seeking a Business Associate to join our ANZ Institutional team. This entry-level role works with Business Developers, Relationship Managers and Analysts to support client service, materials, RFPs and meeting logistics.

You will help maintain client data in CRM, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and gain exposure to global capital markets while developing a practical understanding of Wellington's products and market developments.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or candidate with up to one year of relevant experience in investment management or financial services.
• Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in applying AI and digital tools to improve productivity and client outcomes.
• Strong academic credentials; CFA study is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and coordinate client materials, meetings, RFPs and RFIs.
• Support implementation and ongoing client servicing with BD, RM and RA teams.
• Assist with routine information requests and timely delivery of data.
• Capture and maintain client data in CRM systems and Salesforce.
• Build cross-functional relationships to support client, operational and business activities.
• Develop understanding of client priorities and Wellington's products; share insights with teams.
• Support operational, administrative and project coordination tasks for the ANZ Institutional team.
