Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Business Associate to join our ANZ Institutional team in Sydney. This entry-level role supports business development, client servicing, and cross-functional collaboration with BDs, RMs and RAs to strengthen relationships with institutional clients.

You will coordinate meeting materials, RFPs/RFIs, client data in CRM systems and Salesforce, and help deliver timely information while developing an understanding of our products and market developments.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of relevant professional experience in investment management or related field.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in applying AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meeting materials, presentations, RFPs, RFIs, and follow-up actions.
• Support implementation and client servicing by coordinating with internal teams.
• Capture and maintain client data in CRM systems and Salesforce.
• Develop understanding of Wellington's products and market developments for internal sharing.
• Support ANZ Institutional team's operations, logistics, and project coordination.
