ADLA Fitness Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Club Manager to lead daily operations and drive membership growth in Melbourne. You will oversee a welcoming, high-performing gym environment, manage the sales process, coach staff and partner with regional leadership.

The role requires proven sales, customer service and leadership experience, with a track record of achieving targets. A current First Aid/CPR certification, Working with Children Check and Australian working rights are essential.

Responsabilidades

This is a hands-on leadership role combining sales, team leadership, member experience and club operations. You'll work closely with the Regional Manager and wider team to drive membership growth, support your staff and create a welcoming, energetic and high-performing fitness community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a clean, welcoming, safe and professional environment
• Drive lead generation, outreach, appointment bookings, walk-ins, club tours and membership enquiries
• Manage the sales pipeline and convert enquiries and appointments into new memberships
• Monitor and achieve monthly sales, membership and performance KPIs
• Lead, coach and support the team's performance
• Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming, inclusive club community
• Support local marketing, events and community initiatives to grow club awareness
• Complete administrative duties and maintain accurate member records using club systems and databases

The club's staffed hours are:

Monday–Thursday: 10:30am–7:00pm

Friday: 9:30am–6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm

This is a full-time position 38 hours per week and requires flexibility across mornings, evenings and Saturdays as part of the club's staffed hours.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Management, leadership or team-leading experience
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Working with Children Check
