Job summary
HESTA Super Fund is seeking an experienced Analytics Specialist in Melbourne for a 12-month maximum term contract. You will design analytics products and dashboards, transform complex data into business-friendly insights, and maintain our analytics platform.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Superannuation data and processes.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; Bitbucket is a plus.
- Dbt or other ETL tools desirable.
- Experience in rapid development environments and agile methodologies.
- Business analysis and modelling capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics products and dashboards.
- Transform complex data into business-friendly analytics for stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance the analytics platform and tools.
- Support analytics capability through training and mentorship.
- Drive continuous improvement in data visualization and reporting.
