Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to join our Analytics and Data team within Technology. You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Marketing to understand decisions and design analytical solutions.

You’ll build semantic models in Microsoft Fabric, create Power BI dashboards and paginated reports, and translate trends into practical recommendations while partnering with Data Engineering to improve data capability and prioritize the

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in analytics or BI.
• Strong experience partnering with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in DAX and SQL with semantic models.
• Hands-on Power BI experience with dashboards and paginated reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or the broader Microsoft data stack.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand decisions and shape analytical responses.
