Netwealth in Melbourne is seeking a Product Manager, Data to shape our data portfolio and deliver high-value data products for advisers, clients and partners. You will own end-to-end product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery within a cross-functional squad, partnering with Engineering, Product and business stakeholders to enable scalable, governed data solutions on Azure, Snowflake and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, analytics, platform or technology products that have driven measurable business outcomes.
• Experience as Data Engineer / Data Analyst or in a similarly technical data focused role.
• Strong experience with Snowflake and modern data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics and data ecosystems.
• Demonstrated product management capability across discovery, delivery, prioritisation, measurement and continuous improvement, supported by strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence and Miro, alongside an understanding of data governance, privacy, risk management and emerging technologies including AI.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a key area of the data portfolio, ensuring the team focuses on the highest value opportunities for customers and the business
• Lead end to end product management activities including discovery, problem definition, prioritisation, roadmap development and delivery
• Partner with Software Product & Engineering and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable and well governed data products across Azure, Snowflake and Power BI
• Define and track data product success through OKRs, metrics, adoption and business outcomes to guide decision making and prioritisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Software Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver seamless customer experiences
