Job summary

Jaywing Australia is seeking an Analytics & Insight Specialist to own and optimise robust tracking across diverse client projects. You will collaborating with strategists, developers and clients to ensure scalable, insight-driven analytics frameworks are in place.

You’ll design measurement approaches, configure GA4 and GTM, build dashboards, and audit analytics to provide actionable recommendations. Remote-friendly hybrid role in a busy Data team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ agency-side experience in digital analytics or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Solid understanding of how web analytics works (events, sessions, attribution, tagging, cookies, consent, data layers).
• Ability to translate marketing and business requirements into measurement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and optimise tracking solutions across client sites using GA4, GTM and related platforms.
• Design measurement frameworks aligned to client KPIs and marketing objectives.
• Configure and customise GA4 properties, events, conversions and audiences.
• Debug and troubleshoot tracking issues across web platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to implement dataLayer specs and JavaScript tracking solutions.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar).
• Conduct analytics audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support marketing and strategy teams with insight generation.
• Communicate measurement strategy, tracking requirements and reporting outputs to clients.
• Test, validate and quality assure all tracking implementations.
