Job summary

Jaywing in Sydney seeks an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead large-scale website transformation and digital experience projects for major clients. You will oversee discovery through launch, balancing scope, timelines and budgets while guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage risks and deliver projects to the highest standard, with a focus on process improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in digital project management or digital delivery.
• Experience delivering website, CMS or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent planning, communication and organisational capabilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines and resources.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management platforms.
• Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Sanity, Shopify, Contentful, Storyblok, Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore will be highly regarded.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, including building or using Claude Skills to automate and streamline delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex website and digital experience projects.
• Running discovery, planning and requirements workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into clear project requirements and delivery plans.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, resources and forecasts.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming a key delivery partner.
• Managing risks, dependencies and project governance.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, UX, design and development.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, delivery approaches and client outcomes.
• Preparing project documentation, change requests and proposals.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
