Job summary

R/GA is seeking a Data Analyst to design measurement frameworks, extract insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations. The role emphasizes AI-driven analytics, dashboards, and end-to-end data workflows across sites and apps.

You will work with Python/SQL, harness platforms like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, and CRM systems to translate data into business actions. Collaboration with strategists and technologists is key.

Qualifications

• Experience building with AI and LLMs.
• Experience taking data end-to-end from analysis to executive presentations.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data wrangling and analysis.
• Familiarity with GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio/Power BI and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop measurement frameworks aligned to business goals & strategy.
• Present performance results to a client with one clear recommendation.
• Implement, test and debug analytics tracking on a client site or app.
• Build and ship a working AI pipeline from a clear spec with prompts, data in/out, and documentation.
• Pull data from BigQuery, GA4, media platforms or a CRM and interpret the insights.
• Build dashboards that clients use regularly and rely on for decisions.
• Improve reporting tasks by delivering a better solution.
• Write the spec for the next project.
