Job summary

City of Melbourne is seeking an Analytics Delivery Lead to guide a small team and drive data-driven solutions across the organisation. You will partner with multiple teams to deliver impactful analytics initiatives, enhance capability, and foster continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Qualifications or equivalent experience in business analytics, data, technology, mathematics or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering analytics or data initiatives in complex organisations.
• Experience applying agile delivery methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into insights.

About you

What your experience might look like

• Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in areas such as business analytics, data, technology, mathematics or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience delivering analytics or data initiatives within complex organisational environments.
• Experience applying agile delivery methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to effective solutions.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and accessible insights.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support the successful delivery of multiple initiatives.
• A collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, with a commitment to learning, innovation and delivering positive outcomes.
