Queensland University of Technology in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane, is seeking a Manager, Analytics Capability and Engagement to lead coordinated programs across data and analytics, engagement and adoption. The role reports to the Associate Director, Data and Analytics and guides a multidisciplinary team to deliver measurable outcomes in support of QUT Strategy 2036 and the Digital Strategy.

Qualifications

• Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline and extensive data/analytics experience.
• Translate organisational priorities into coordinated operational plans, capability initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading demand management, service planning, portfolio coordination and business analysis.
• Proven relationship building, facilitation, negotiation and influencing with senior leaders, business stakeholders and technical specialists.
• Experience designing literacy, communication, change, capability or adoption initiatives that improve understanding and sustained use of services.
• Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive briefings, governance papers, reports and clear service communications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across organisational boundaries.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
