Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading AML/CTF, sanctions or financial crime ops in complex financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML/CTF and Sanctions reform initiatives across Financial Crime Operations.
• Provide oversight of confirmed suspect activity to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to influence outcomes and deliver strategic change.
• Operationalise Group policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial crime risks, controls, testing and remediation activities.
• Provide senior leadership with insight-driven reports and recommendations.
