Job summary

Reflections Holidays is seeking a casual Housekeeper and Amenities worker at Tumut River to maintain clean, welcoming cabins and shared spaces for our guests. You will change linens, refresh stock, and ensure amenities are well presented across the park, with a focus on safety and guest comfort.

The role requires reliability, physical fitness to lift up to 11kg, and flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning interior and exterior cabin areas and amenities blocks.
• Linen changes and replenishing stock as part of housekeeping duties.
• Stocktake and recording items in cabins.
• Follow work health and safety procedures.
• Assist and direct visitors within the park and provide customer service.
• Be physically fit, able to lift up to 11kg and work up to an eight-hour shift standing or moving.
• Reliable and flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior cabin areas and amenities blocks.
• Perform linen changes and replenish stock for cabins.
• Carry out stocktake and maintain item records in cabins.
• Follow WHS procedures and park safety guidelines.
• Assist visitors and provide excellent customer service within the park.
• Stay physically active during shifts and be able to lift up to 11 kg.
