Job summary

Queensland Government in Brisbane is seeking a senior Education Programs Lead within the Operations Centre to deliver best practice ambulance education. You will lead diverse teams, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

You will hold certificates in Ambulance Communications, training and assessment, and be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360 to design engaging instructional content.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate III in Ambulance Communications and Certificate IV in Ambulance Communications - Dispatch.
• Must hold QAS Certificate of Practice in Ambulance Communications.
• Must have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110/TAE40116).

Responsibilities

• Deliver best practice Operations Centres education programs.
• Lead and inspire diverse teams under competing priorities.
• Identify education risks and report trends for continuous improvement.
• Develop policy advice and contribute to standards and service improvements.
• Promote fair, ethical workplace practices and health and safety.
