Qualifikationen

• Extensive knowledge of and proven success in delivering strategic capability development initiatives.
• Ability to lead teams in designing and implementing capability development initiatives to improve performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior executives and external providers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to inform policy and strategic decisions.
• Experience in coaching, group facilitation, program design and delivery in complex environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead teams in design, development and implementation of strategic capability development initiatives.
• Provide advisory, consultancy and practice in relation to culture, capability analysis and leadership development.
• Engage with senior executives and external providers to negotiate agreements and change outcomes.
• Analyse data to inform decision making and creation of innovative policies and strategies.
• Coach and facilitate programs to deliver outcomes in challenging environments.
