Sands Fridge Lines is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the safe, efficient and accurate operation of our ambient warehouses. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the warehouse, including people management, inventory control, receivals and dispatch, safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in warehouse management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of receivals, dispatch, inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of WHS requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and operational processes.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders.

• Oversee staff rosters and performance.
• Oversee receivals, put-away, storage, picking, dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within required timeframes.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify productivity improvements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse presentation.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed and safety concerns addressed.
