Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, family-owned transport and distribution company in Brisbane to hire an AM Depot Supervisor.

You will oversee daily depot operations, scheduling, routing, dispatch and freight movement to ensure safe, compliant and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a depot or transport operations role.
• Experience leading and developing drivers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily depot and transport fleet operations including scheduling, routing, dispatch and freight movement.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with transport regulations, OHS requirements and CoR.
• Lead, roster, train and develop drivers and depot staff.
• Supervise loading and unloading trucks in the depot.

What do you do?

What do you need?

• Previous experience in similar role
• Experience in fleet control desirable
