Catalyst Metals Limited is seeking an Alternate Underground Manager for Plutonic Underground in WA. The role reports to the Underground Manager and commands lead responsibilities during rosters, guiding safety, production, and budget targets across underground operations.

You will partner with Technical Services to drive performance, implement safe systems of work, and deliver on strategic objectives in a demanding, evolving mining environment.

• Proven leadership in underground mining operations.
• Focus on safety leadership and workforce engagement.
• Experience delivering production targets within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold safety leadership standards across underground operations.
• Cover Underground Manager during rostered absences.
• Collaborate with Technical Services to develop budgets and operating plans.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in safety and cost.
• Provide technical and operational leadership for the underground mine plan.
• Develop safe systems of work ensuring compliance with regs.
