Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Bunbury is seeking a full-time All Round Construction Operator for our Civils crew. You will work on projects across the state, bring hands-on experience with earthworks, paving, and road maintenance, and contribute to a culture that values safety and teamwork.

Candidates should hold a current HR licence, Construction Induction Card, and be prepared for overtime, weekends and travel as required. We invest in people through training and development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate overlays, pavement repairs, bulk earthworks and widening as required.

What’s on offer?

We are seeking a full-time All Round Construction Operator for our Civils crew based in Bunbury, working on projects across the state. This position will suit candidates looking to grow within the industry who are enthusiastic, have a keen attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Proven experience operating (overlays, pavement repairs, bulk earthworks and widening)
• Hold a current HR Licence as a minimum
• Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A strong commitment to safety
• Someone who enjoys an outdoor working environment
• Have licence(s) on various mobile plant
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and to travel away from home as required

The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
