Job summary

InOne Healthcare is seeking an Allied Health Sales Coordinator in NSW to build trusted relationships with referral partners and connect more people with our services.

The role focuses on meeting healthcare professionals, identifying opportunities, and owning the national referral program across VIC, NSW and QLD. Hybrid work is available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare liaison, medical sales, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral-based services or allied health sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with referral partners interstate.
• Identify and pursue new referral and business opportunities and conduct face-to-face provider meetings, presentations and in-services.
• Re-engage dormant referrers and develop existing relationships.
• Take ownership of our national referrer EDM program across VIC, NSW and QLD.
• Work closely with intake, clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding experience.
• Attend networking events, expos, conferences and community events.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales and referral pipeline.
