Job summary

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking an Allied Health Coordinator to lead clinical practice across physiotherapy, exercise physiology and allied health services. You will mentor staff, support complex cases and lead service improvements to enhance resident outcomes.

The role spans residential aged care, retirement living and in-home care, with travel across NSW & ACT and locations at Merrylands and Epping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy is required.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience leading or supporting physiotherapy services, ideally in aged care, rehabilitation or community settings.
• Experience delivering therapy across residential and/or community environments.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, supervise and develop others.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
• Genuine commitment to dignity, independence, wellness and quality of life for older people.
