The role involves assisting with programs, equipment and transportation, under the direction of Allied Health professionals, with a focus on enablement and improving function at home.

Punctual, reliable, empathetic and client focused.
Experience in the role would be ideal but not mandatory.
Computer literacy would be beneficial.
Ability to work in a team and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

Support clients’ needs under supervision of Allied Health professionals.
Assist with prescribed Allied Health programs, exercise classes, social groups, equipment needs, nutritional requirements and transportation.
Report to the Nursing Unit Manager with clinical supervision by an Allied Health professional.
Comprehensive orientation and ongoing supervision provided.
