Job summary

Mallee Family Care invites applications for the Mallee Child and Family Services Alliance (MCFSA) Facilitator role. The part-time position (21 hours per week) is fixed term until 30 June 2028 and involves supporting the Alliance, chairing meetings and coordinating local service delivery to improve wellbeing and safety of vulnerable children and families.

Qualifications

• A qualification in business or project management, human services or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
• Advanced Excel and data insight skills.
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel, with overnight stays when required.

Responsibilities

• Chair the Mallee Child and Family Services Alliance meetings and plan across the Alliance.
• Coordinate local/catchment service delivery and foster partnerships.
• Develop network links with other service sectors and monitor service improvement.
• Provide administration support across internal systems and promote system development.
