Job summary

GRE Hilltop Motel incorporating Betina's Restaurant and GRE Silver Haven Motel incorporating The Haven Restaurant, Broken Hill, NSW, is seeking an Allrounder Chef with 3+ years of experience for permanent full-time roles. The position offers an immediate start with mainly evening shifts and some breakfast shifts to accommodate tours.

Salary range $75,000–$85,000 per year. You will be responsible for preparing meals, maintaining safety standards, and supporting a collaborative kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional dining experience.
