Rose Gelateria on the Gold Coast is seeking motivated All Rounders & Gelato Makers to join our boutique gelato and coffee stores. You will deliver friendly service, craft gelato and coffee, and help maintain high standards across busy locations.

Ideal candidates bring café or hospitality experience, a positive attitude, and reliability. Weekend availability and willingness to travel between Sanctuary Cove and Main Beach are essential for this growing team.

Formación

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, fast food or hospitality environment.
• At least 6 months' experience in an all-rounder or similar role.
• Barista experience is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Availability to work weekends and travel to multiple locations.

About the role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic All Rounders & Gelato Makers to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You will support the day-to-day operation of our stores while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional customer service

• Serve gelato, coffee and other products

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee

• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Support daily store operations

• Work collaboratively as part of a team

• Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for every customer

• Work across multiple store locations as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, fast food or hospitality environment

• At least 6 months' experience in an all-rounder or similar role

• Barista experience is highly regarded

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A friendly, outgoing and positive attitude

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences

• Availability to work weekends

• Ability and willingness to travel to all of our store locations — Sanctuary Cove & Main Beach
