Job summary

You will join Macmahon in Australia as part of our surface mining production crews at Greenbushes, operating heavy ancillary and production equipment to meet targets. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced open-cut mining environment.

Roster and conditions reflect a DIDO setup with a 2:2 day/night cycle, plus a competitive benefits package. You’ll contribute to a strong crew culture while supporting safety and operational excellence daily.

About the Role

You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating heavy ancillary and production mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Greenbushes.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in mining operating the following equipment:
• Previous experience in the mining industry operating:
• Trucks and Water Carts: Caterpillar 785
• Excavators: Hitachi EX3600 EX2600-6 and Hitachi EX1900-6 (an advantage)
• Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
• A team mindset and reliable work ethic
• Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
