Aptus Personnel is seeking Civil Construction Engineers/Superintendents for subdivisions and land development in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Two roles available, relocation within Australia welcomed with Australian working rights.

You will lead construction delivery, bridge design and on-site execution, and oversee contract administration with a strong focus on QA and safety. These positions offer competitive salary above market, discretionary bonus potential, and mentorship toward RPEQ/CPEng

Qualifications

• Civil Engineers with a solid track record in civil site delivery, superintendency, or contract administration across urban development.
• Residential subdivisions, master-planned communities, bulk earthworks, roads, stormwater, sewer, and water reticulation.
• Familiarity with AS4000 / AS2124, IPWEAQ, council standards, and local authority handover processes.
• Recognised Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• RPEQ (or CPEng) is preferred and highly regarded, but not essential (mentoring provided to help you achieve it).

Responsabilités

• Act as Superintendent / Superintendent's Representative.
• Bridge the gap between design and on-site delivery.
• Manage contract administration, progress claims, variations, and EOTs.
• Oversee site QA, witness/hold points, and council authority sign-offs.
• Feed constructability, staging, and practical advice back to the design team.
• Manage projects through practical completion, on-maintenance, and off-maintenance.

Residential subdivisions, master-planned communities, bulk earthworks, roads, stormwater, sewer, and water reticulation.

Contract & Standards Knowledge:

Practical familiarity with AS4000 / AS2124, IPWEAQ, council standards, and local authority handover processes.

Qualifications:

A recognised Bachelor of Civil Engineering

Registrations:

RPEQ (or CPEng) is preferred and highly regarded, but not essential (support and mentoring provided to help you achieve it).
