Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Perth is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our airside team. This full-time role involves serving as the face of dnata on the tarmac and ensuring accurate handover with Cabin Crew.

You will operate hi-lift trucks, perform short-distance drives, load/unload catering, coordinate with crews, and handle admin tasks and reporting. A valid MR/HR license, Australian working rights, and willingness to work shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must have MR or HR driver’s license.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (police check and medical).
• Availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Good verbal and written communication; numeracy for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate hi-lift trucks to safely service aircraft catering.
• Short-distance driving, basic vehicle checks, and refuelling as required.
• Load/unload aircraft catering, carts, and ovens; follow up discrepancies.
• Position and guide trucks in line with procedures.
• Communicate with Cabin Crew for accurate handover and service.
• Complete administrative documentation, reporting and general cleaning duties.
