Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Melbourne is seeking a full-time Customer Delivery Driver to join the airside operations team. You will be the face of the company on the tarmac, ensuring flights are fully and correctly catered and communicating with Cabin Crew during handovers.

Responsibilities include operating hi-lift trucks, local driving, loading/unloading, and completing admin tasks. Applicants must have MR/HR licence and be available for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia.
• MR or HR driver’s license.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate hi-lift trucks to service aircraft catering on time.
• Drive locally, perform vehicle checks and refuelling as required.
• Load and unload catering, carts and ovens, and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Cabin Crew for accurate service handover.
• Complete administrative documentation and general cleaning duties.
