Regional Express (Rex) seeks an experienced Airports Commercial Analyst to support airport commercial arrangements and negotiations across airports, suppliers and ground handling partners. Reporting to the National Airports Manager, you will provide commercial insights and reporting to inform decision-making within the Airports division.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial analysis, contract negotiation or related field.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret commercial information and identify trends.
• Professional and self-motivated with strong time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to meet ASIC requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with commercial and contractual negotiations with airports, suppliers and ground handling partners.
• Maintain relationships with airports on property, lease sites and related matters.
• Manage relationships with ground handling agents and airlines Rex serves.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics for assets and equipment supporting airport operations.
• Undertake commercial analysis and financial modelling to reduce costs and increase value.
• Prepare commercial reports and provide recommendations to managers.
• Prepare external submissions and tender documentation.
• Review invoices related to airport charges and services.
• Collaborate across Rex and with external stakeholders to promote safe, commercial operations.
• Maintain a safe, compliant working environment per SMS and WHS policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by the National Airports Manager or delegate.
