Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Return Agent at Perth Airport. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers, assisting with vehicle return check-in, and inputting rental details in our systems.

The role involves inspecting vehicles for damages, recording fuel and kilometres, and preparing cars to standard. We offer full training, a supportive culture, and opportunities to move internally within our global organisation.

Qualifications

• Must have a full and valid driver’s licence.
• This full-time role requires open availability for days, weekends and nights.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles is desired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to input rental information.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival at the rental location and expedite the return process.
• Assist with check-in of renter’s vehicle and input vehicle details.
• Assess vehicle for damages and report according to procedures.
• Review gas levels and odometer readings and input into rental systems.
• Clean and prepare vehicles to company standards.
