Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Return Agent at Perth Airport to warmly greet customers and assist with the car return process. You will check in renter vehicles, note details, and ensure accurate input into handheld systems.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence.
• This is a full-time position with open availability to work days, weekends, nights, etc.
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.

Responsibilities

• Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers while accurately inputting them into our handheld devices when needed.

About The Role

As a Return Agent you are the first point of contact at our operations. This position is responsible for greeting our customer upon their arrival at our rental location. In this position you will assist with the check-in of the renter's vehicle and vehicle details.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence
• This is a full-time position that requires opened availability to work days, weekends, nights, etc (as this is a permanent role, we won't be able to consider Working Holiday Visa Holders at this stage unfortunately)
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
