Job summary

Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) based at Sydney Airport is seeking a Full-Time Store Supervisor to oversee stock deliveries, storage, and inventory, ensuring timely distribution to venues. The role supports back-end operations across venues and requires flexibility for early starts on a 7-day rotating roster.

You will lead casual staff, conduct operational checks, and maintain WHS-compliant storerooms while coordinating deliveries and stocktakes to optimise efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Hospitality-related experience is advantageous.
• Strong and effective leadership; able to motivate and manage casual staff.
• Able to train and supervise Casual Team members.
• Sound computer knowledge and basic software proficiency.
• Good delegation and time management skills.
• Proactive approach and mechanical aptitude.
• Positive attitude and self-discipline.
• Capability for heavy lifting and physical tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for venue and supplier deliveries.
• Lead casual staff, conduct checks and manage shift handovers.
• Receive, inspect, allocate, and record all incoming goods.
• Verify goods against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Direct put-away and dispatch activities.
• Record goods received and issued to stores across airports.
• Load and deliver products to venues per requisitions and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant storeroom (WHS).
• Store products correctly in designated storage zones.
• Identify ways to reduce wastage and consolidate multi-site orders.
• Participate in monthly stocktakes and inventory reconciliation.
