LagardèreAWPL is recruiting a Retail Performance Manager for the Western Sydney International airport. You will drive profitable sales growth, exceptional customer experience, and operational excellence across all stores through leadership, coaching, and performance management.

You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee multi-site stores, focusing on KPI delivery, productivity, and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent coaching, people development and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends).
• Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance across your area.
• Lead and develop Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service standards.
• Coach teams to achieve commercial and operational excellence.
• Optimise labour, productivity, inventory and merchandising execution.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety and operational requirements.
• Build strong relationships with airport stakeholders and business partners.
