Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple retail sites or a high-volume flagship store.
• Ability to juggle operations, people leadership, and performance goals.
• Strong communication and the skill to inspire and coach diverse teams.
• Polished, professional presence and positive attitude.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach and empower team members.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends).
• Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
